ROUTE GUIDE FROM BUENOS AIRES TO THE HOTEL HORACIO QUIROGA |
From Argentina:
Take Route 14 to the Salto Grande Dam, thence to access ex. Route 3, Km 5, Parque del Lago.
Through the International Bridge Colón - Paysandú, take Route 3 towards Salto and up to Salto Grande Dam, and continue as described in the previous paragraph.
Through the International Bridge Gualeguaychú - Fray Bentos, take Route 24 towards Paysandú (110 km) until you reach the junction with Route 3. Continue it by following the path indicated in the previous paragraph.
From Brasil:
Through the border crossing Rivera - Santa Ana do Livramento reached by the BR 153 (Rio Grande do Sul), take Route 5 (Uruguay) to Tacuarembó. From there take Route 26 to junction with Route 3, follow it towards Salto and up to the Salto Grande Dam, taking access to ex. Route 3, Km 5, Parque del Lago.
From Quaraí - Artigas, through La Concordia International Bridge, take Route 4 to Salto (204 kilometers), thence to Route 3. Continue it by following the path indicated in the previous paragraph.
From Uruguaiana - Bella Unión, through the Paso de los Libres, continue on Route 3 to reach the Salto Grande Dam, taking access to ex. Route 3, Km. 5, Parque del Lago.
From Paraguay:
From Asuncion or Ciudad del Este, go to Resistencia-Corrientes (Route 123), or by Encarnación-Posadas (Route 14), to enter by Uruguaiana-Bella Union or in the direction of Concordia to cross the Salto Grande Dam.
